Study Check 2018

The Study Check for 2018 is divided into four categories:

1. Students without special circumstances are to submit a solemn declaration (most student will be able to use this form).
2. Student that can´t use the solemn declaration is to submit a complete study check.
3. Residents nominated by the municipality are to submit documentation from the municipality stating that they are still entitled to live in a youth housing facility.
4. Other young people with special needs, nominated by a nominating committee are to submit special documentation.

With respect to categories 1 to 3, all boxes in the related forms are to be filled out to be considered valid student documentation, including client number.

The forms may be submitted either by regular mail or scanned and emailed to info@ubsbolig.dk stating the following information in the subject line: Study Check and your client number. Your client number appears from your rent invoice / payments services overview and your lease. If you have any doubts as to how to find your client number, please find more information here.

Since we receive 3,000 to 4,000 forms, it is important that your client number appears from the forms as well as from the subject line if you submit by email.
The processing of the study check will be carried out in the period April, May and June 2017.

If your client number does not appear, your documentation will be considered invalid and will not be processed.

1. Students without special circumstances are to submit a solemn declaration. You can read more about a solemn declaration here.
As a general rule, study check is performed by completing a solemn declaration. If you meet the terms and conditions of the declaration, all you have to do is complete it, sign it and send it to UBSBOLIG A/S. However, you may subsequently be picked for a random sample control.

2. Student that can´t use the solemn declaration
If you do not meet the terms and conditions or have doubts, please submit a full study check. This means that you are to complete a normal study check form, print and sign the form, gather the necessary documentation from your school (and any supplemental documentation) and send it to UBSBOLIG A/S.

3. Residents nominated by a municipality are to submit documentation from the municipality stating that they are still entitled to live in a youth housing facility
If you were nominated to the tenancy by the municipality, you must submit a statement from the municipality from which it appears that you are still entitled to live in a youth housing facility.
You might want to ask your case attendant to complete the below form, print and sign the form. It is important that you provide your case attendant with your client number so that your form is completed correctly.

4. ”Other young people with special needs”, nominated by a nominating committee are to submit documentation for their special needs.
If you are one of the very few residents who have been nominated as ”other young people with special needs” through a nominating committee (CIU, RIU-Roskilde) and you are not a student, please submit documentation by way of the written approval, you have received from the nominating committee in connection with being granted the housing. We will then contact you.
